Ally Lotti was Juice WRLD's girlfriend at the time of his death. The 21-year old artist, who was growing in popularity every day, died of a seizure while traversing the airport in Chicago in December 2019. The news shocked the world, and provided another cautionary tale to the youth about drug use and the possible fallout.
Juice's passing was felt not only by his fans but by his colleagues and friends, of which he had racked up many during his short but prosperous career. Of course, his death may have hit no one as hard as it hit his mother and his girlfriend, Ally. His mom, Carmella Wallace, actually recently announced a fund in Juice's honor, called the Live Free 999 Fund. She said of the new initiative at the time, "Young people around the world were truly touched by Jarad's music because he spoke to issues and situations in his music that resonated with them so deeply. I was aware of his struggles with addiction, anxiety, and depression; we had many conversations about his challenges with these issues. I know he truly wanted to be free from the demons that tormented him. I made the decision upon his death that I was going to share his struggles with the world with the objective of helping others."
Ally had the emotional task of delivering a speech on his behalf during an edition of Rolling Loud last year too. She's made the effort to keep his name alive and in our thoughts by reminding us of his presence across her Instagram, too.
We've dedicated this new IG Gallery of her posts to her former lover and best friend, Juice WRLD.
Rest in Peace and Power.
