One such shoe that recently got an official look is the Air Jordan 13 "Court Purple," which can be found down below.

As you can see, this shoe is mostly covered in black materials, all while purple nubuck appears on the mudguard and goes all the way to the back heel. When combined, these elements work quite well together, and it's made better by the 3M material on the upper which provides some cool factor. Overall, this is the type of colorway that sneakerheads love, and it will certainly be a popular offering in the New Year.

Tay Money's voice is all over TikTok right now, dominating the platform with her single "The Assignment." The track has become a viral sound with millions of fans using her record to show various ways they "understood the assignment." As the Dallas-born rapper's stock continues to rise, the 28-year-old artist has released her next single, coming through with "Self Made."

J Balvin Responds After Winning Afro-Latino Artist Of The Year: "I Am Not Afro-Latino"

J Balvin is facing backlash after winning the award for Afro-Latino Artist of the Year at the African Entertainment Awards. People are outraged on social media, pointing out the fact that J Balvin, a Colombian singer from Medellín, is not even Afro-Latino. On top of that, many believe the award was handed out in poor taste following the backlash from Balvin's "Perra" music video, in which he walks Black women on leashes, pretending that they're dogs.

"I don't know what's worse, that J Balvin was even put in this category, that he won against actual black people, or that the awards is called AFRICAN ENTERTAINMENT AWARDS, implying that actual black people committed this atrocity of a choice," commented one fan on Twitter after J Balvin's win.

After accepting the prize, the "In Da Getto" artist took to his Instagram story to clarify that he is not actually Afro-Latino.

He wrote his post in Spanish, which translates to, "I am not Afro Latino but thank you for giving me a place in the contribution of Afrobeat music and its movement."

Following the fan outrage, the African Entertainment Awards addressed the backlash and shared a statement, saying, "After listening to the concern of our audience we have decided to maintain the purpose of the award but changed the name to Best Latin Artist Of the year. The Best Latin Artist category is for any artist based in Latin America that is contributing to the African culture especially the Afro-beats sound globally. It is not based on race but more importantly based on pushing the African culture forward on the world stage. This is the first year that we introduced this category to include our Latin brothers and sisters who have embraced Afrobeats music within their platforms. The winner of this category has demonstrated that and is deserving of this award based on the fans votes. Please remember the nominees in this category had no say in their nomination or influence on the award show. Instead of voicing dissatisfaction, let us encourage these artists to continue bridging the gap between Africa and Latin America."

Druski Hosts Hilarious Try Outs For Coulda Been Records

Over the past few years, Druski has emerged as one of hip-hop and the internet's funniest creatives. Whether it be his relatable skits or poking fun at his rapper friends, Druski's humor is elite, and his platform is only growing.

Most recently, Druski has humorously cracked jokes at Drake for his self-care habits, as well as jokingly offering Meek Mill a spot on his Coulda Been Records amid his label dispute.

Coulda Been Records is s satirical label that serves as an Instagram page where Druski goes on Live to welcome aspiring rappers and he has them freestyle for him, as he usually ends up teasing them.

On the latest episode, he picked out two volunteers whose teeth were the butt of the jokes. His first Coulda Benn "signee" visibly had several missing teeth, and after Druski pointed that out the rapper mentioned his gold grills, to which Druski responded that they must have been on top of his gums instead of teeth: "They (gold grills) were sittin' on gums though."

His next attendee of his Live had a large gap between her two front teeth, which Druski could not help but fixate on. At the start of the session, he requested she put her tongue through the gap: "Put that tongue through that hole girl." 

As she began rapping, her bar about "f**cking on her bros" was misheard by Druski because of her lisp, to which he thought she said "thuck."

WFT's Jon Allen Throws Punch At Teammate Daron Payne: Watch

Last night's NFL matchup was between two NFC East rivals in the Washington Football Team and the Dallas Cowboys. In the end, it was the Cowboys who won by a 56-14 blow out. It was a pretty embarrassing defeat for the WFT, although for the Cowboys, it was yet another indication of just how good this team is. The Cowboys are showing tremendous strength with just two weeks left in the season, and fans are excited to see what this team is going to be able to do, moving forward.

As for the Washington Football Team, they will not be making it to the postseason. With a record of 6-9, the team simply is not good enough, and during last night's horrific loss, tempers began to flare on the sidelines, specifically between Jon Allen and Daron Payne of the defensive line.

As you can see, Payne stuck his finger in Allen's face during an argument. That's when Allen swatted the finger away and threw a punch at Payne. Washington Football Team players immediately stepped in to diffuse the situation, however, it's clear that the damage had already been done. The team was never able to regain composure, and now, their season is pretty well over.

If you're a WFT fan, then Sunday night was definitely one to forget. If you're a Cowboys fan, however, you probably have a big smile on your face today.

Polo G Paid Insane Amount For Lakers/Nets Tickets

For many of us, this would be an irresponsible, reckless way of spending money but for Chicago rapper Polo G, this was just another Saturday. Spending time in Los Angeles over the holidays, the "Martin & Gina" artist felt like catching a Christmas Day game at the newly-renamed Crypto.com Arena. He didn't want to watch from the nosebleeds either, opting for courtside seats to get the best view of the action, and, as you can likely imagine, he spent a pretty penny to watch LeBron & Co. take on the Brooklyn Nets.

The final price for Polo G's ticket was over $75,000 to Saturday night's game, which sounds absolutely ridiculous to spend on any event, considering you can get a luxury car for that price. Polo already has a filled garage, and he's spoiled his family a lot over the years, so he can comfortably drop $75,000 on a basketball game that lasts only three hours. Unfortunately though, Polo did not get to watch Kyrie Irving, Anthony Davis, or Kevin Durant in action. All three players were out and the Lakers ended up losing after making two late-game comeback efforts, extending their losing streak.

The rapper does say the price of admission was "worth it" though so at least he was entertained.

Coming out of Florida, Skip thought Tebow would be the future of the NFL thanks to his leadership and ability to win games late. As a result, Skip went through a phase of claiming that Tebow was better than a vast majority of the NFL talents we praise today. Included in that list was none other than Cam Newton. While Newton has certainly had his struggles as of late, there is no denying that he has had a much better career than Tebow, thus making this hot take one for the garbage bin.

This could easily be Skip's most unhinged take in his career. He has always hated LeBron James, and when Johnny Manziel got drafted by the Cleveland Browns, Bayless found a way to offer up perhaps the craziest take one could ever imagine. Skip effectively said that Manziel will one day surpass LeBron's stardom in Cleveland, which was a dumbfounding statement if we've ever heard one. Manziel ended up being one of the biggest busts in NFL history, and these days, he is playing football on Twitch. As for LeBron, he brought Cleveland a championship and even has his own school in Akron, Ohio. Needless to say, Skip took a massive L on this one.

Skip Takes Derek Fisher Over Steve Kerr

All you have to look at here is the fact that Steve Kerr has three NBA titles as a head coach, while Derek Fisher has zero. Fisher isn't even coaching in the NBA anymore, which just goes to show how wrong Skip was on this. Bayless always seemed to be skeptical of Kerr, and at the time, this probably wasn't the worst take imaginable. In hindsight, however, it's hard not to laugh.

Here is an exercise for you. Go on Google, and type Josh Freeman Pro Football Reference. There, you will find everything you need to know about whether or not the former Buccaneers quarterback had a better career than Cam Newton. Freeman has not played in the NFL since 2015, and he was only a starter for about three seasons. In those three seasons, he had one solid year, but it was never enough to really get him anywhere. Cam, on the other hand, is a former MVP who even led his team to a Super Bowl game. Sure, they lost, but he at least did something. Given this information, it's comical just how flat Skip fell here.

If you're a hip-hop head, this was a truly blasphemous tweet, but coming from Skip, you can't expect anything less. After all, the guy is 70 years old, so there is no point arguing with him about this. Sometimes you just have to let someone be wrong.

Skip Takes RG3 Over Andrew Luck

Neither of these two quarterbacks really accomplished much throughout their careers. Much of this was due to injuries, and now, they are both out of the game. However, it has become obvious to everyone at this point that Luck was the better quarterback and by a significant margin. RG3's style of play was perfect for the college game, but it just didn't suit the pros all that well. It was flashy and fun to watch, but it didn't lead to any longevity. As for Luck, he attempted multiple playoff runs, and almost took the Colts to a Super Bowl. Simply put, Luck won was easily the better of the two.

Skip loves to call people overrated, and back in 2011, he was using that designation on Von Miller who now plays for the Los Angeles Rams. Throughout his career as a Bronco, Miller was one of the best linebackers in the entire NFL, and he even won Super Bowl MVP in a year where Peyton Manning was the quarterback for the Broncos. Miller was the most important player on a championship roster, and it ultimately made Skip's tweet one of his worst. Say what you will about Miller now, but when he was in his prime, Miller was easily the scariest man on the field.

Meanwhile, the Titans and 49ers struggled in those ensuing years, which ultimately demonstrated that Manning made the right decision. As for Tebow, he jumped from team to team and never found success as a QB, ever again. In fact, he went on to become a failed baseball prospect and a failed tight end for the Jacksonville Jaguars. At this point, it's almost like Skip is putting a curse on the people he likes.

Lil Dicky Drops "We Good" With GaTa From "Dave" Finale On Streaming Platforms

Spoiler Alert: Lil Dicky's FXX comedy series Dave, which wrapped up its second season in August, has captivated an audience of hip-hop lovers and comedy enthusiasts. As he perfectly blends drama and hilarity, Dicky's season 2 finale closed off an epic journey for the main character Dave, inspired by Dicky, and his hype man GaTa, who is Dicky's hype man in real life.

The episode ends with the duo performing their collaborative song "We Good" together in an emotional reunion. While the song works best in the confines and context of the show, fans loved it so much that Dicky decided to reward their passion by dropping it on streaming platforms on Christmas Eve, even though he is Jewish.

In the finale, we only get to hear GaTa and Dicky's back-and-forth opening verse, the first rendition of the hook and half of the second verse. But, on the official version, they include the end of the second verse, which sandwiches an additional rendition of the chorus along with a third verse.

As the song goes on, the Dicky and GaTa establish more chemistry, and comedic tones from the show start to show more and more. Fans will surely appreciate this Christmas gift from Lil Dicky, as it brings back the rush of tearful joy that the last scene of Dave did.

The "Insecure" Series Finale Airs Tonight: Fans React

Today, Issa Rae and HBO's long-running dramedy Insecure will air its final episode, and for many people, its series finale will mark the end of an era.

Although it was originally based on Issa Rae's hilarious web series Awkward Black Girl, Insecure grew into a show of its own and eventually became a cultural phenomenon due to its beloved Black cast and infectiously toxic storylines. Every good thing must come to an end, however, and the same applies to Insecure, as the Emmy-nominated show will take its final bow when its series finale — titled "Everything Gonna Be, Okay?!" — drops tonight at 10 p.m.

According to Bossip, tonight's series finale will actually be the longest episode of Insecure's five-season tenure, with a runtime of 41 minutes. Afterward, as fans try to wrap their minds around what will surely be an emotional final episode, HBO will also air a special documentary about the production of Insecure's final season, titled Insecure: The End.

"Spider-Man: No Way Home" Is Sony’s Top-Grossing Film Of All Time In U.S.

Spider-Man: No Way Home has officially become Sony's highest-grossing film in the United States of all time before adjusting for inflation. After earning $19.7 million on Christmas Eve, the total sales moved to $405.5 million domestically. 

As for worldwide earnings, the newest Spider-Man film is nearing the $1 billion mark.

The movie won't be the fasted film to cross the $1 billion threshold, but it should finish close. Avengers: Endgame is the fastest ever, having reached $1 billion in just five days after release.

Marvel's Kevin Feige and Sony's Amy Pascal recently confirmed that more Spider-Man films are on the way during an interview with the New York Times.

"Amy and I and Disney and Sony are talking about — yes, we’re actively beginning to develop where the story heads next, which I only say outright because I don’t want fans to go through any separation trauma like what happened after “Far From Home” [the previous Spider-Man movie, in 2019]. That will not be occurring this time," Feige told the outlet.

Pascal added: "At the end of the movie we just made, you see Spider-Man make a momentous decision, one that you’ve never seen him make before. It’s a sacrifice. And that gives us a lot to work with for the next film."

Alex Jones Condemns Donald Trump For Vaccine Support In "Emergency Christmas Day Warning"

Alex Jones, the host of the far-right conspiracy theory site, InfoWars, lambasted former President Donald Trump on his show, Saturday, for continuing to vocally support the coronavirus vaccines. The "emergency Christmas Day warning," as Jones put it, comes as the Omicron variant is sweeping the nation.

“Oh no, the vaccines work, but some people aren’t the ones. The ones who get very sick and go to the hospital are the ones that don’t take the vaccine. But it’s still their choice. And if you take the vaccine, you’re protected,” Trump recently told Candace Owens during a back and forth over the coronavirus vaccine.

He continued: “Look, the results of the vaccine are very good, and if you do get it, it’s a very minor form. People aren’t dying when they take the vaccine.”

Jones, who has been vehemently anti-vax throughout the pandemic, spent his Christmas program criticizing the former President.

“This is an emergency Christmas Day warning to President Trump,” Jones said. “You are either completely ignorant about the so-called vaccine gene therapy that you helped ram through with Operation Warp Speed or you are one of the most evil men who ever lived, to push this toxic poison on the public and to attack your constituents when they simply try to save their lives and the lives of others.”

Tom Holland Co-Signs Study About Short Men Having More Sex Than Tall Men

Three days ago, LADbible shared the results from a recent study conducted by The Journal of Sexual Medicine, which reportedly found that short men are far more sexually active than their tall counterparts. "A study of 531 heterosexual men found 'coital frequency was higher among men with a height of less than 175cm' - which is just under 5'9," LADbible's post read.

According to TMZ, Marvel fans have now noticed that none other than Spider-Man: No Way Home star Tom Holland is one of the people who recently liked the post.

This comical fan observation comes days after Tom — who is noticeably shorter than his girlfriend Zendaya — and the rest of his Spider-Man: No Way Home co-stars talked about height stereotypes during an interview for SiriusXM Stars. The interviewer brought up Tom Holland and Zendaya's height difference, which spawned a discussion about "stupid assumption[s]" that their two-inch height difference would bring difficulties to their relationship.

"My mom is taller than my dad. My mom’s taller than everyone," Zendaya noted during the interview. "I honestly never thought of it as a thing because my parents were always that way, so I didn't know that people cared."

Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Anti-Apartheid Leader, Dies At 90-Years-Old

Archbishop Desmond Tutu, whose efforts helped to end apartheid in his home country of South Africa, has died at the age of 90. Tutu had struggled with various health problems in recent years and was admitted to the hospital on several occasions.

 "A man of extraordinary intellect, integrity and invincibility against the forces of apartheid, he was also tender and vulnerable in his compassion for those who had suffered oppression, injustice and violence under apartheid, and oppressed and downtrodden people around the world," Ramaphosa said.

Tutu played a critical role in helping to end the racial segregation of apartheid in South Africa. He was named the chair of South Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Commission after the policy was ended in the 1990s and Nelson Mandela took over as president. In 1984, Tutu was given the Nobel Peace Prize.

"Archbishop Tutu was grounded in the struggle for liberation and justice in his own country, but also concerned with injustice everywhere. He never lost his impish sense of humor and willingness to find humanity in his adversaries," former U.S. President Barack Obama said on Twitter.

Travis Kelce Fails To Clear COVID-19 Protocols, Will Miss Sunday's Game: Report

Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce will reportedly miss the team's matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers, as he did not clear COVID-19 protocols ahead of Sunday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The Chiefs activated the Pro Bowl pass-catcher off of the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, assuming he would be ready to go.

Kelce was placed on the COVID-19 list on Monday, following an impressive Week 15 performance that earned him the Offensive Player of the Week award.

The Chiefs also activated star wide receiver Tyreek Hill off the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday. He was able to clear protocols and should be available Sunday afternoon.

Kicker Harrison Butker and punter Tommy Townsend will be unavailable for Sunday's game as they remain on the COVID-19 list.

Despite a slow start to the season, the Chiefs have rebounded all the way to first place in the AFC. They are currently 10-4 on the year.

The Steelers are in the midst of a playoff battle in the AFC North. At 7-6-1, they are within a game of first place in a crowded division that features the 8-6 Cincinnati Bengals, the 8-6 Baltimore Ravens, and the 7-8 Cleveland Browns.

In another post on her story, she added: "I just don't want my son fucked up cuz he feels like his dad was absent or loved alcohol and partying more than him. Artemiev responded to the accusations in a statement provided to Page Six. Artemiev writes that he “was saddened to learn of the utterly false statements made on social media by Julia Fox, my co-parent, who is clearly struggling. Out of respect for her privacy and to protect our child, I will not comment further.”

Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers used to have a bit of a contentious relationship, however, this has changed over the years. Now, the two embrace each other and as Rodgers looks to surpass Favre's Packers touchdown record, Favre is offering all of his support. In fact, Rodgers will likely pass Favre's mark as he is currently tied for the record going into the Packers' Christmas Day game against the Cleveland Browns.

Recently, Favre spoke to TMZ Sports about the record, and as he explained, he is very happy for Rodgers. He even had some wild praise, as he made the claim that despite his one Super Bowl, he is still a top five quarterback of all-time. Favre firmly believes Tom Brady and Joe Montana are 1-2 on the list, but Rodgers is safely on the top five.

"You have to put Tom Brady and Joe Montana right at the top," Favre said. "And I think Aaron Rodgers falls in the top five. I think Aaron should be in the top five. If he quit today, he's a top five guy."

In the eyes of many, Rodgers is a top five talent, but he doesn't necessarily have the resume. Regardless, Favre is giving him some massive praise, which must be a nice Christmas gift for the Packers QB.

Bad Bunny Teams Up With "The Simpsons" In New Music Video For "Te Deseo Lo Mejor"

Bad Bunny teamed up with The Simpsons for his newest music video, "Te Deseo Lo Mejor.” The song was first featured on his 2020 album, El Último Tour Del Mundo.

In the video, Bunny helps Homer and Marge fix their marital problems. Throughout the video, Homer backs into a bush, recreating his iconic meme, attends a Bad Bunny concert, and attempts to win back Marge.

Simpsons writer Al Jean thanked Bad Bunny on Twitter after the video went live: "@TheSimpsons Huge thanks to director @tubatron and Claudia Motta & Humberto Velez as Marge and Homer… and of course to Bad Bunny… a pleasure to work on."

Bunny is capping off an eventful 2021, which included winning multiple Latin Grammys and even being featured on former President Barack Obama's "Favorite Music of 2021" list. His collaboration with Aventura, "Volvi,” made the cut.

Stephen A. Smith is known for delivering a ton of hot takes that can sometimes upset fans and even players. Regardless, Smith knows that his style is what has gotten him this far in his career, and as a result, he hasn't slowed down. This year has been a particularly solid opportunity for Smith to show off his hot takes, and prior to the Christmas Day slate today, Smith decided to make Donovan Mitchell his latest target.

As it stands, Mitchell is on the Utah Jazz and last year, he led the team to a first place finish in the Western Conference. Mitchell continues to be one of the best players in the league, and recently, Smith made the claim that Mitchell is actually the most talented player in the history of the Jazz franchise.

“I will remind y’all that even though he doesn’t have the resume, I’m not comparing resumes, Donovan Mitchell is the greatest talent in the history of the Jazz franchise. A better talent than Karl Malone, a better talent than John Stockton," Smith said. As you can imagine, this drew pushback from fans as Stockton is considered to be the greatest passer ever, all while Malone has the second most points in the entire history of the NBA. 

Regardless, you have to applaud Smith for at least attempting to get this one off. After all, today's Christmas and this is Smith's gift to us.

Mia Jaye Reflects On Christmas Without Young Dolph In Emotional IG Post

Young Dolph's partner, Mia Jaye, shared a powerful message on Instagram, Saturday, reflecting on celebrating Christmas without the late Memphis rapper. Dolph was shot and killed back in November while picking up cookies for his mother.

After explaining that Christmas is her favorite time of year, Jaye admits: "But this Christmas and holiday season is different… it’s cold. It’s sad. It’s full of fake joy so that the kids can still maintain their love for Christmas. This Christmas is about sacrifice and strength. This Christmas, my heart is left with a huge hole. It’s by God’s grace that my children are so full of compassion and LOVE that they try their hardest to fill the hole in my heart. My family and support system is there, but when one special person(s) are missing, the hole remains pierced wide open."
