Gucci Mane hasn't really had an artist under his wing since his release from prison that took off like many of his other protegees. Even with the launch of 1017 Eskimo, Gucci's attempts to really set up the roster as one of the hottest in hip-hop hasn't worked like it once did. However, that could change soon, especially with the addition of Ola Runt, the latest artist to join the label.
Runt returned with a brand new banger earlier today titled, "Dead Dock." The rapper's latest single follows the release of "Mobbfather" earlier this month. Runt's vocals are volatile as he stretches it with animation and onomatopoeias and tales of the street life. The production is equally grim as the subject matter itself but Runt contorting his vocals enhances the maniacal feel.
