Bryson Tiller Shows Love To Breonna Taylor With Billboards In Her Honor

Bryson Tiller may be dropping a new album soon but it looks like there are more important things on his mind.

The singer had recently purchased billboard space in his native Louisville, Kentucky to promote his forthcoming Anniversary album but in the wake of the controversial grand jury decision on the Breonna Taylor case, he instead decided to use the space to honour her memory. 

"Dear Breonna Taylor," one of the billboards read. "You've brought the city of Louisville together like I've never seen before and we will never forget you..."

Tiller adds to the 26 billboards Oprah Winfrey purchased in Louisville to demand justice for Breonna Taylor, dedicating one billboard for every year of her shortened life. 

Tensions surrounding the grand jury's decision have risen in the past week due to Kentucky attorney general Daniel Cameron's reluctance to expeditiously release the grand jury recordings to the public and the revelation that he did not recommend murder charges against the involved officers. He has reportedly been given a noon deadline this Friday to release the recordings.

Bryson Tiller's album Anniversary is slated for release on Friday following a special listening session he set up for fans on Zoom last night.

Eminem Fan Gets 16 Tattoos Of His Face, Breaking A Record

It's no secret that Eminem has one of the most loyal fanbases across all music genres. The legendary Detroit emcee has had a storied career and, throughout it all, his supporters have been there to back him up.

Em is well aware of how his fans can get, releasing the song "Stan" back in 2000. Twenty years later, his fans are still achieving outrageous feats to show their love to the 47-year-old, with one woman recently breaking a record with the number of tattoos she has of Em's face.

While Nikki Patterson didn't incessantly write the rapper letters and copy his every move like the infamous "Stan", the 35-year-old woman from Aberdeen, Scotland has done something even more extreme, breaking the Guinness World Record for having the highest number of tattoos depicting the same musician on her body.

The woman, who goes by @crazyeminemlady on Instagram, has seen the rapper perform live seven times and has been so inspired by his story that she decided to dedicate most of her body to him. In a new feature from Inked Magazine, she showed off her twenty-eight tattoos of the rapper, with sixteen showing his face. 

She broke the Guinness World Record just prior to the pandemic, getting her latest Em tattoo in March. 

"The portraits began three years ago, and I loved everything about them," said Nikki to the BBC. "I adored them and had to get more. He's been the one constant in my life, and I have seen him perform live."

This is dedication to the next degree.

Barack Obama Attends Lakers-Heat Game As Virtual Fan

Last night was the first game of the NBA Finals between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat and, while it was not a competitive match-up in the slightest, President Barack Obama still enjoyed the game with a (virtual) front-row seat.

During the First Quarter, which was basically the only time the Heat still had a chance against the LeBron James and Anthony Davis-led Lakers, the camera panned over to the virtual crowd to introduce a few special guests, including basketball legends Shaq, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Pau Gasol, Dwyane Wade, and more. Front and center though, we could see President Barack Obama, who used the opportunity to thank the volunteers who signed up to work at voting stations for the upcoming election.

"I hear I'm sitting next to Shaq," exclaimed Obama after signing on. He was, indeed, seated next to the big man. "I am honestly not the main event tonight but I wanted to come on to give a shoutout to all the folks who are volunteering as poll workers in this upcoming election."

His statement was met with applause from the rest of the crowd. 

"It can be a thankless job, it's not one of those things that you think about but it is absolutely vital for our democracy and I appreciate you," continued the former President. "Hopefully, all NBA fans will appreciate you when they see those shorter lines at the polling places. Democracy doesn't work if just a few people do it. You know, that's like playing with half the team. But it's only that way if people aren't participating. If people get involved then we get the best of us and that's what I'm hoping is going to happen."

Obama went on to watch the Lakers absolutely pick apart the Heat, leading by 32-points at one stage and walking away with the statement win. They currently lead the NBA Finals 1-0.

Chrissy Teigen Shares Agonizing Tweet Following Miscarriage

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend revealed several days ago that they were in the hospital for complications in Chrissy's pregnancy, revealing that she had excessive bleeding. The doctors tried to get everything under control for their third baby to be delivered safely but, last night, the couple revealed that they were not able to stop the bleeding in time.

Chrissy and John were excited to raise to their third child, who they named Jack, but moments after he was born, the couple says that the baby stopped breathing as a result of Chrissy's pregnancy complications.

"We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before," wrote Teigen on Instagram. "We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough."

She continued her message by sending love to their baby Jack, before offering a heart-wrenching update on Twitter.

"Driving home from the hospital with no baby. How can this be real," wrote the actress and model, reluctantly letting reality sink in. 

This is a tragic moment for Legend and Teigen's family and we're sending so much love to them as they grieve the loss of their baby boy. RIP Jack.

Marvel Casts Newcomer Iman Vellani To Star In Disney+ "Ms. Marvel" Series

In a role that could help define the remainder of her acting career, Disney+ has found their leading lady for their upcoming series Ms. Marvel. In the Marvel Universe, Ms. Marvel is Kamala Khan, a Pakistani-American teenager from New Jersey and the first Muslim character to be given her own book. The title character will be helmed by 18-year-old newcomer Iman Vellani who will tackle the role of the first Muslim hero to be featured onscreen for Marvel.

Be prepared to see much more of Kamala Khan as it's also been reported that there are plans for the superhero to appear on the silver screen, as well. Actor Kumail Nanjiani shared his excitement about the news regarding Ms. Marvel's casting. "I just saw they cast Ms. Marvel and legit got teary eyed," he wrote. "Congratulations Iman Vellani! Your work is going to mean so much to so many people, myself included. I can’t wait."

Demi Lovato Pens "Still Have Me" After Breaking Off Engagement To Max Ehrich

Just two months after posted loving photos of the moment her boyfriend Max Ehrich proposed, Demi Lovato is once again a single woman. The superstar singer's millions of fans flooded her mentions with congratulatory messages about finding her Prince Charming, but it doesn't look as if Max is her happily ever after. Soon after the news circulated online that Demi Lovato called off her engagement, a stunned Ehrich claimed that he'd only learned of the breakup online.

Demi and her Young & the Restless actor ex-fiancé got engaged after dating for only four months. It's unknown why she decided to call it quits, but Lovato did put her feelings on wax. The singer gave a surprise announcement that she planned on dropping a song, and according to TMZ, Demi did so without alerting her team. Less than 24 hours later, she delivered "Still Have Me."

"All the highs and now just lows / But it doesn't even matter, cause I'd rather be alone / All my life disappeared and I'm laying right here while the silence is piercing," Lovato sings. Bryson Tiller Previews "Anniversary" Album With Drake Feature On "Outta Time"

His fans only needed to wait until the stroke of midnight on Friday morning to hear his Anniversary album, but Bryson Tiller wanted to do something special for those who have supported him throughout his career. T R A P S O U L was released five years ago and is still celebrated by R&B lovers, so Tiller surprised his fans with a Zoom listening session of his next record. Unsurprisingly, there were listeners in the session who couldn't help but grab a recording of the tracks that were streamed, including an addition featuring Drake titled "Outta Time."

On the smooth track, we find Drake crooning out lyrics once again and overall, fans couldn't get enough of the project. Of course, "Outta Time" has already been shared throughout social media, so we've included the snippet of the Drake collaboration below. Fans even posted what they claim is the official tracklist for Anniversary, however, Tiller has yet to confirm what songs have landed on the coveted project.
