PornHub Responds To Deaf Man's Lawsuit: "We Do Have A Closed Captions Category"

There's an argument to be made about how PornHub has tried to be as inclusive as possible with their website in order for everyone to be able to access their videos. However, they were hit with a lawsuit recently by a deaf man named Yarosluv Suris who claimed that the website didn't provide enough resources for those with hearing impairments.

According to TMZ, the vice president of PornHub, Corey Price, has issued a statement regarding the suit. Admitting the company doesn't necessarily issue statements regarding active lawsuits, he did make it clear that they have made efforts to make their site more accessible for the hearing impaired.

"We understand that Yaroslav Suris is suing Pornhub for claiming we’ve denied the deaf and hearing-impaired access to our videos. While we do not generally comment on active lawsuits, we’d like to take this opportunity to point out that we do have a closed captions category," he said.

Suris claimed that PornHub violated the rights of those with hearing disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act. His class-action lawsuit against the porn giant details that videos others can watch without issues aren't as easily enjoyable for him and others with hearing impairment without closed captions. 

He's suing PornHub for damages as well as for more inclusive practices and the addition of closed captioning.

Fyre Fest's Andy King Teams With Evian For Water "So Good You'd Do Anything For It"

Andy King, who became a viral sensation after his appearance on Netflix's Fyre documentary, is now partnering with Evian to promote water "so good, you'd do anything for it," as noted by Complex.

The tagline is a reference to King's story from the documentary where he mentions being "fully prepared to suck his [the head of customs] dick," to save the day. As King explains in the documentary, "I said, 'Billy, what?' And he said, 'Andy, if you will go down and suck Cunningham's dick—who's the head of customs—and get him to clear all of the containers with water, you will save this festival. And I literally drove home, took a shower...drank some mouthwash. I'm like, 'Oh my gosh...I'm really'—and I got into my car to drive across the island to take one for the team and I got to his office fully prepared to suck his dick."

King announced the partnership on his Instagram writing, "Who’s thirsty!? 💦 On the one year anniversary of my doc debut, @evianwater is releasing a special bottle with a new slogan… all in honor of my infamous team spirit 😂😂." He added that he is giving away 10 bottles to anyone who follows him and tags a friend in the comments section.

Meek Mill Tricks Fans By Seemingly Admitting He's The Father Of Rumoured GF's Baby

Rumours about a romance between Meek Mill and fashion designer Milan Harris have been circulating for quite some time. Neither have ever claimed each other in that way, but when Milan, founder of the Milano di Rouge brand, announced she was pregnant in December at her fashion show, many still speculated that Meek might be the father. Meek seemed to be addressing this speculation when he yelled out, "It's new baby on the way, baby!" during a jet skiing session with Future, Diddy, and DJ Khaled, at the beginning of the year, he and Milan both have yet to offer up any type of official confirmation. They were, however, spotted attending the Bad Boys For Life premiere together recently, which once again raised the question of whether Meek is Milan's baby daddy.

Following this outing, Meek put his fans in a frenzy trying to decode his words once again, when he tweeted a rather crude statement.

Many assumed this was his super classy way of revealing that he had in fact impregnated Milan, considering the very opportune timing of the tweet. However, after tons of users accused him of finally admitting to his impending paternity, Meek clarified what exactly he meant by "dump."

Though he seemed to be indicating that he was using "dump" in a Philly-specific way and not to infer insemination, he commented on The Shade Room's Instagram post of his initial tweet, revealing he hadn't even meant to use that word in the first place.

"Typo it was jumped 😅😅😂😂," Meek commented. What is the truth, sir? Meek continued to the state of things up even more when he tweeted something very sweet about Milan.

If this whole situation didn't already have you wondering whether Meek was intentionally trolling us just to keep us on our toes, he actually prefaced these tweets by admitting how much fun he has messing with us.

Theophilus London Returns With Eclectic "Bebey" Album Feat. Lil Yachty, Tame Impala & More

It's been a long road to Bebey. Its first single, "Only You" - a Kevin Parker-steeped recreation of Steve Monite's 1984 Afro-boogie track - released in October 2018. With its liberating energy and a Tame Impala credit, "Only You" became a success. More tastes of Theophilus London's new album were sprinkled across 2019: "Whiplash", "Seals", "Pretty", "Cuba". Theo even shared an early edit of "Whoop Tang Flow" on SoundCloud. Despite all these provided pieces, it was unclear what form Bebey would take. The songs all encapsulated such different sounds that it was hard to imagine they would all occupy space on the same project. 

However, on Friday, Bebey finally arrived - six years after London's last full-length, Vibes - and every single mentioned above made the cut (even two different renditions of "Seals"). When you play Bebey through, somehow, it doesn't feel discordant or unfocused. It merely feels like Theophilus London has many musical and emotional sides to him that all demand their respective moments. Fortunately, they all have something interesting to say. Despite these varied textures, the upshot is that Bebey wants you to dance. London draws from his Caribbean roots to bring sunny reggae and dancehall rhythms. As played-out as the term "vibes" has become, it doesn't feel inaccurate to say Theophilus London is all about them. He knows what looks good, he knows what sounds good and he knows what feels good. Bebey invites everyone to indulge in the good life.

A Puppy Born With Green Fur Named Hulk Has The Internet Going Crazy

A North Carolina family was positively perplexed last Friday, when they discovered something rather unusual about one of their newborn puppies. Their white German shepherd, Gypsy, gave birth to eight pups total, but the fourth one stood out a little from the rest. 

"I started freaking out because it was green," Shana Stamey told local outlet WIS News 10 about the little guy, whose name is, fittingly, Hulk. "He was lime green and super mad, so yeah, he became Hulk," she said. Other than this odd colouring, all eight puppies came out totally healthy. Despite Hulk's clean bill of health, his fur colour defect is, however, the result of something a little gross. According to Suzanne Cianiciulli, a veterinarian technician at Junaluska Animal Hospital, the lime green colour comes from meconium, which is an infant mammal’s earliest stool. "The sack that they’re in when they’re in their mom, there can be meconium in there, and that tends to stain them,” she revealed. The poop stain will eventually fade away until it's gone for good, as Hulk's doggy mom licks him and he gets bathed by his human family. Of course, the crazy story had Twitter going nuts over the adorable little tennis ball pup.

However, some argued that the puppy was actually yellow, not lime green. The puppy quickly became another "black and blue/white and gold dress" dilemma.

Martha Stewart Shades Gwyneth Paltrow Over "Vagina" Candle Popularity

Martha Stewart, in an interview with Andy Cohen, made it abundantly clear she played no role in the selling out of Gwyneth Paltrow's "This Smells Like My Vagina" candle.

“I’m sure it sold out,” Stewart said when asked for her thoughts on the product's success. “She does that kind of irritating … she’s trying to zhush up the public to listen to her. And that’s great, I mean, let her do her thing. I wouldn’t buy that candle.”

Cohen followed up by asking what the candle's success means for America.

“I think it’s not America,” Stewart replied. “I think it’s a lot of guys who are horny.”

Paltrow is selling the candle through her wellness company, Goop. The website's description for "This Smells Like My Vagina" reads, "With a funny, gorgeous, sexy, and beautifully unexpected scent, this candle is made with geranium, citrusy bergamot, and cedar absolutes juxtaposed with Damask rose and ambrette seed to put us in mind of fantasy, seduction, and a sophisticated warmth."
